I completely stand by using affirmations to get you through the week. Honestly, I have just gotten into the habit of reciting some before I go to sleep- sort of like a ritual, and I have seen so much emotional improvement within myself. We all know some weeks are good, but those weeks that get us down in the dumps can’t stop me.

MONDAY: I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening, and will happen.
TUESDAY: Whatever I put my mind to, I will achieve.
WEDNESDAY: I am worthy of being loved, respected, and valued.
THURSDAY: I recognize the importance of caring for myself.
FRIDAY: I release the older versions of me and embrace the new one.
SATURDAY: I will cheer myself on the whole way.
SUNDAY: I allow myself to love who I am, not who I think I should be.
